Mrs. Inez Gertrude Eckert, age 87, of Brooks Township, Michigan died Friday, June 10, 2011 near Fremont. She was born Inez Gertrude Goodenough in Green Bay, WI the daughter of Charollette (Robinson) and Lyle Eckert on April 16, 1924. She was a Homemaker all her life. She was a member of Newaygo Congregational United Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband John Eckert, daughter Sherry Nelson, daughter Sue & Gary Cowden, Son Bob & Cheryl Eckert, six Grandchildren, and sister Joyce Anderson.
